Jay Scolnick
FOUNDER
Jay Scolnick, the owner of Country Club Ranchettes, started building homes and developing land in 1984 in Phoenix, AZ. He moved with his family to Denver and fell in love with the beauty, outdoor lifestyle and has raised his family here since 1992. Jay is considered a first-generation land developer which means, his father started in Canada back in the 1950's. His father Robert Scolnick instilled trust, honesty, and integrity in community development.
Jay understood that it was important to understand the land and ideals for what is needed to build a sustainable community. Jay was a quick study and started new developments in Thornton, Arapahoe County, Commerce City, Fort Lupton, and Ault to name just a few.
Dennis Sanchez

Dennis Sanchez has sold over 45 lots with Jay Scolnick in Fort Lupton and Ault starting in 2011. With a long-standing construction background,
he has purchased and renovated homes for his own account and then turned them over.
Dennis began his career in sales by selling fruit for his father in the farmers' market in Florida and that's where he found his calling. He understands the client's needs being a husband, father, and career professional.
